Course Overview

Telecom networks are regulated not only by technology standards but by measurable service quality outcomes that directly impact citizens, enterprises, and critical services. This course provides an end-to-end understanding of telecom Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Quality of Service (QoS), Quality of Experience (QoE), and regulatory compliance frameworks across 2G–5G networks. Participants will learn how KPIs are defined, measured, audited, and enforced, how QoE differs from network-centric QoS, and how regulators and operators monitor compliance, handle complaints, and ensure service accountability.
