Course Overview

This intermediate-level course focuses on deep-dive routing and switching technologies within the Huawei Datacom ecosystem. It covers advanced IGP and BGP features, IPv6 routing, MPLS VPN implementation, and complex network O&M/troubleshooting strategies to prepare students for senior engineering roles.

Course Outcomes

  • Configure and optimize OSPF, IS-IS, and BGP for fast convergence and route control
  • Implement IPv6 routing using OSPFv3, IS-IS (IPv6), and BGP4+
  • Deploy advanced switching features including QinQ, MUX VLAN, and VLAN Aggregation
  • Secure the access layer with Port Security, DHCP Snooping, and IP Source Guard
